Vasilika Anogeia is a village in Gortyn Municipality, in the regional unit of Heraklion, in the region of Crete, Greece. Vasilika Anogeia lies at 190 m above sea level, in the Asterousia mountains, on the island of Crete. It has 176 inhabitants (2021). The nearest city is Heraklion, 39 km to the northeast. Beaches nearby: Tripiti (8.3 km), Leprias (8.8 km), Trachoulas (9.1 km). Among the landmarks around are Phaistos (15.1 km), Gortyna (6.4 km) and Phaistos Disc (14.8 km).
