Megalo Peristeri is a village in Metsovo Municipality, in the regional unit of Ioannina, in the region of Epirus, Greece. Megalo Peristeri lies at 834 m above sea level, at the foot of the Athamanika mountains. It has 181 inhabitants (2021). The nearest city is Ioannina, 19.0 km to the west.
