Agios Nikolaos is a village in West Samos Municipality, in the regional unit of Samos, in the region of North Aegean, Greece. Agios Nikolaos lies in the Samos mountains, on the island of Samos. It has 72 inhabitants (2021). The nearest city is Chios, 82 km to the northwest. Beaches nearby: Potami (7.1 km), Platana (7.5 km), Mikro Seitani (9.2 km).
