Agios Dimitrios is a village in Kalampaka Municipality, in the regional unit of Trikala, in the region of Thessaly, Greece. Agios Dimitrios lies at 359 m above sea level, in the Antichasia mountains. It has 95 inhabitants (2021). The nearest city is Trikala, 31 km to the southeast. Among the landmarks around are Monastery of Great Meteoron (8.6 km), Monastery of Varlaam (8.9 km) and Monastery of Rousanou (9.3 km). Among the natural features are Theopetra Cave (15.4 km) and Pyxari (9.4 km).
