Agia Varvara is a village in Aigialeia Municipality, in the regional unit of Achaea, in the region of West Greece, Greece. Agia Varvara lies at 1,082 m above sea level, at the foot of the Aroania (mountain) mountains, on the Peloponnese peninsula. It has 113 inhabitants (2021). The nearest city is Patras, 54 km to the northwest. Among the landmarks around are Agia Lavra (17.0 km), Mega Spilaio (12.7 km) and Orchomenus (31 km). Among the natural features are Cave of the Lakes (12.9 km).
