Agios Nikolaos is a village in Agrinio Municipality, in the regional unit of Aetolia-Acarnania, in the region of West Greece, Greece. Agios Nikolaos lies in the Panaitoliko (mountain range) mountains. It has 97 inhabitants (2021). The nearest city is Agrinio, 4.7 km to the west.
