Puhče is a settlement in Štip Municipality, in the Eastern Statistical region, North Macedonia. Puhče lies at 447 m above sea level, at the foot of the Serta mountains. It has 25 inhabitants (2021). The nearest city is Štip, 12.2 km to the north. Among the landmarks around are Stobi (21 km), Bargala (21 km) and St. Nicholas Church (12.1 km). Among the natural features are Pilav Tepe (9.4 km).
