Orechová is a municipality in Sobrance District, in the Košice Region, Slovakia. Orechová lies at 123 m above sea level, at the foot of the Vihorlat mountains. It has 253 inhabitants (2025). The nearest city is Michalovce, 23 km to the west. Near the border: Ukraine, 6.2 km. Among the landmarks around are Uzhhorod Castle (11.0 km), Church of Saint Nicolas of Ruská Bystrá (17.7 km) and Greek Catholic Cathedral (10.7 km). Among the natural features are Masaryk Ash (10.6 km) and Beňatinský travertín (15.4 km).
