Medzhybizh is an urban Settlement in Khmelnytskyi Raion, in Khmelnytskyi Oblast, Ukraine. Medzhybizh lies at 283 m above sea level, by the Buzhok. It has 1,237 inhabitants (2022). The nearest city is Khmelnytskyi, 30 km to the west. Among the landmarks around are Medzhybizh Fortress (0.6 km), Jewish necropolis in Medzhybizh (0.3 km) and Samchyky Palace and Park Ensemble (36 km).
