Klisura is a village in Samokov Municipality, in Sofia Province, Bulgaria. Klisura lies at 1,100 m above sea level, at the foot of the Rila mountains. It has 183 inhabitants (2025). The nearest city is Samokov, 16.0 km to the east. Among the landmarks around are Rila Monastery (22 km), Boyana Church (36 km) and National Historical Museum (37 km).
