Ayia Paraskevi is a village in Agrinio Municipality, in the regional unit of Aetolia-Acarnania, in the region of West Greece, Greece. Ayia Paraskevi lies in the Panaitoliko (mountain range) mountains. It has 160 inhabitants (2021). The nearest city is Agrinio, 12.5 km to the southwest. Among the landmarks around are Thermos (18.9 km), Calydon (35 km) and Stratos (18.6 km).
